The faculty and staff of EMS take great pride in the appearance of our students. Research has shown that dressing appropriately in school uniforms greatly diminished discipline problems, thus promoting a safe and orderly learning environment for all children.
All students at EMS are required to comply with our established uniform policy without exception. However, parental support is necessary to ensure that your chid(ren) wears the appropriate clothing daily. Students who choose not to be appropriately dressed will contact his/her parents/guardians to bring them a change of clothing. The student will be placed in ISS until a change of clothing is brought to him/her. Repeated violations of the uniform policy will result in the offending student receiving ISS/OSS.
