Absent from School... You will need to bring a written excuse from home. If you have had a medical appointment you will need to bring in the doctor’s medical excuse. These excuses are given to the Homeroom teacher. You have three days in which to turn in this excuse.
Leaving during the Day... Only a parent or guardian may pick up his or her student from school. They must come in to the office and sign their student out. Students leaving before 11:30 will be considered absent for the day and should bring in an appropriate excuse to the Homeroom teacher.
Make up work... It is your responsibility to obtain all work assignments that are missed due to an absence. You should also make arrangements to take any tests or turn in any projects you might have missed during an absence.
