The architect is working with a local surveyor to prepare a site plan for the new RSS Administrative Office building to be located on the 300 block of South Main Street in Salisbury. Once this site plan is complete, the plan will be presented to the Salisbury City Council. A deed will be created and presented to the Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education for approval. The architect is also working with RSS staff on the building design.
