Art Camp - Past Meets Present

Every piece of art has a distinct style. Throughout history art has changed styles numerous times. This camp will study some of the most famous art styles and students will get the opportunity to create art based on those styles. Painting, sculpting, and creating is the focus of this camp helping student express their creativity and also help them understand the reasons why art changes and what makes it change. Take advantage of this opportunity to utilize Horizons Unlimited’s two newly renovated learning spaces, The Refinery - Makerspace and the Think Tank - Design Lab! (This camp will include field trip to The North Carolina Museum of Art  and the Art Park in Raleigh, NC - Price of trip included in camp fee.)
