Actions

Actions make words and images behave a certain way when they are clicked on. They can move, resize, open and close applications, reset pages. There are a slew of them! Actions are easy to use!

In the example, I am going to set the word "Timer" to open the countdown clock.

1. Place an object or text on a page.
2. Double click and go into Properties within Object Edit.

3. Choose Actions. Under Actions: choose "All" unless you know what subcategory your action is in.
4. Click on "Do Nothing" and choose the desired action from the drop-down list.

 

5. Now when you click on the image or text, it should do whatever you asked it to do!
